We are pleased to welcome Jeff Mattocks, author of Feeding Pasture-Raised Poultry. Jeff is vice president and nutritionist of Fertrell, a Pennsylvania producer of organic and natural products for soil and animals and the oldest producer of organic fertilizers in the United States (since 1946).
Our very own resident farmer, Mary Nestorick of Why Not Farm will be joining us to share why she and her husband, Ray, have been providing healthy, hormone/antibiotic-free, grass-fed Texas Longhorn, Scottish Highland and Belted Galloway beef has been a tradition at their farm for over three generations. Come listen to and TASTE the difference of pastured meats!
