With the county COVID-19 lockdown soon coming to any end, our organization is working with your local fire company and the county on a campaign aimed at recruiting residents to become new volunteer firefighters via our website HelpFightFire.com.
We suspect that when the county leaves the Red Zone, people will be eager to volunteer in their communities. Therefore we have created both a short video and an ad (as both a jpeg and a PDF). We are you can share them with your residents in the ways we are suggesting below:
To help with this effort, we’ve attached to this email the following items that we would like you to share to help raise awareness of the need for volunteers:
- Video: We’ve created a short video about why your local fire company will need volunteers when the state luck down ends. Please consider running it on your municipal channel, your website or sharing it on social media. It can be viewed here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RhiXZfumXz9pVdRELZvhcfhYN5KVkny0/view?usp=sharing
- Advertisement: We’ve designed a graphic advertisement that can be printed in your newsletter or calendar, printed out, or shared on social media or your website. These ads are available in two format and can be found here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SlIWGrhfLQRn2RUoFOVZge6kEv1Mork5?usp=sharing
All volunteer inquiries coming from your municipality will be provided directly to your local fire chief through HelpFightFire.com.
We hope you will share this information with the members of your community and encourage them to volunteer their time. Also, please let us know if there are other opportunities through your municipality to get our message out.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime at nicole@comsolutionsgroup.com or call 215-884-6499.
Thank you for your time. Stay safe and healthy!
Sincerely,
Nicole Modrell
