Forest Bathing

Feeling stressed? Spending too much time indoors? The answer may be “Forest Bathing”.

Come learn about Forest Bathing, already a much used and accepted form of relaxation in Japan and much of Europe. Forest Bathing is the practice of spending intentional time in nature to restore and improve your physical and mental health. Join Environmental Educator Colleen Cranney on a hike where you’ll learn more about this practice, and discover the different ways you can incorporate Forest Bathing in your life.
