A Conditional Use Hearing was held for applicant Marsh Creek Tree Farms LLC for a special event at 301 Marsh Road, Elverson. The Board of Supervisors will render a decision at the April 10, 2024 Regular Meeting.
The Board of Supervisors approved the following actions:
An extension of the review period for the Camphill Special Schools, Inc. Subdivision Application until June 27, 2024.
An extension of the review period for Chester Springs Investments Land Development Plan Application until June 26, 2024.
Adopted Resolution 2024-01 authorizing Camphill Soltane to conduct a wine and spirits fundraising auction in East Nantmeal Township.
A motion to advertise for bids for the 2024 road projects.
A motion for the purchase and installation of a new flagpole from Brandywine Flags.
The Township received notice from PennDOT that safety improvements will be implemented at Fairview Road and Font Road. Timing is dependent on contractors' schedules and weather and should be completed by the end of this year. See the attachment for planned improvements.
The Township received an update from the PA Turnpike Commission regarding the Adams Bridge replacement, that preliminary tree clearing and utility relocation work will commence the summer of 2024, and construction is scheduled for the spring of 2025. More information will be provided when finalized.
