The Zoning Hearing Board meets as needed.
Members
The Zoning Hearing Board consists of four members and one alternate member appointed by the Board of Supervisors and serve three-year terms.
A. To hear and decide appeals decisions of the Township Zoning Officer.
B. To hear and decide requests for special exceptions to the Township Zoning Ordinance.
C. To hear request for variances from the provisions of the Township Zoning Ordinance that may inflict unnecessary hardship upon the applicant.
D. To conduct hearings and make such decisions and findings in connection with challenges to the validity of any provision of the Township Zoning Ordinance.
