The PA DEP issued a notice of remediation of the Parker Lord site to address chlorinated volatile organic compounds in soil and groundwater. The Parker Lord location was at 4110 Conestoga Road, near the intersection of Rte 401 and Mansion Road. Within 30 days of the notice publication date (December 14, 2023), you may submit a request to Parker Lord to be involved in the development of the remediation and reuse plans for the site. Since the deadline occurs on a Sunday, it may be best to postmark mailed requests before January 13, 2024.
